Owns multi-unit apartments.  Responsible for asset management by coordinating with property management companies.  Various tasks include review of rent rolls, maintenance invoices, scheduling of capital improvements and authorization of evictions when necessary.

PAST PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS ALASKA DISTRICT

Senior Project Formulator responsible for applying management and technical knowledge to the execution of water resource development programs, projects and planning studies.  Responsibilities include; planning and developing program and project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, planning documents, evaluating policy compliance; managing and assessing program and project implementation using quantitative and qualitative tools; and making recommendations for the projects of substantial scope and complexity as measured by their diversity, geographical area, management demands, planning and policy intricacies and public issues.
